Fit & Sizing

  • MILOUA socks are intentionally designed with stretch in both width and length, allowing the knit to contour naturally to your foot.

    This close-to-foot construction helps minimize excess fabric and shifting inside the sock, so the sock moves with your foot rather than around it.

  • Rather than relying on extra fabric or bulk, MILOUA uses a flexible knit that stretches around the foot while maintaining its shape.

    Think of it more like a garment designed to follow your body rather than one that simply sits loosely around it.

  • MILOUA grip socks are designed to fit women’s US shoe sizes 5–10.

    Their flexible knit adapts in both width and length to accommodate a range of foot shapes while maintaining a streamlined fit.

Pilates & Performance

  • MILOUA combines performance details with considered design.

    Each pair features a close-to-foot fit, targeted arch support, cushioned sole, high-coverage silicone grip, soft combed cotton blend, and signature embroidery.

  • Our high-coverage grip extends across the sole and heel to create more points of contact beneath the foot.

    It is designed to support stability while still allowing the foot and sock to move naturally together.

  • MILOUA grip socks are designed for Pilates, reformer, barre, Lagree, yoga, sculpt, and other studio-based movement.

    They can also be worn anywhere you want the added comfort and traction of a grip sock.

  • Requirements vary by studio, but many Pilates studios recommend or require grip socks.

    Beyond studio rules, grip socks can provide additional traction on reformers and studio surfaces.

  • Like any performance material, silicone grip can gradually show wear with repeated use.

    Proper care, particularly washing inside out and avoiding high heat, helps protect the grip and extend the life of your socks.

Materials & Craftsmanship

  • MILOUA socks are made primarily from soft combed cotton, blended with performance fibers to provide stretch, shape retention, and durability.

    We wanted a sock that feels soft and comfortable without becoming unnecessarily bulky.

  • Yes. Signature embroidery is an intentional part of each MILOUA design rather than a printed graphic.

    The embroidery adds texture, detail, and personality while maintaining the refined aesthetic of the sock.

Care

  • To help preserve the fabric, embroidery, and silicone grip:

    • Machine wash cold, preferably inside out
    • Wash with similar colors
    • Use a gentle cycle
    • Do not bleach
    • Avoid fabric softener
    • Air dry when possible
    • Avoid high heat
    • Do not iron the grip

  • Washing your socks inside out and avoiding high dryer temperatures are two of the easiest ways to protect the silicone grip.

    Air drying is especially helpful for preserving both the grip and the overall shape of the sock.

Orders & Shipping

  • Orders of $45 or more qualify for free standard U.S. shipping. For orders under $45, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

  • As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress.

    You can use that link for the latest carrier updates until your order arrives.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.

    If the order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, we may no longer be able to change the destination.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We want you to feel confident ordering MILOUA. Eligible unworn and unwashed items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

  • For hygiene reasons, worn or washed socks are not eligible for return.

Studios & Partnerships

  • Yes. MILOUA partners with Pilates, barre, yoga, fitness studios, and select retailers interested in carrying our collection.

    Studios can apply through our Wholesale page to learn more about ordering and account approval.

  • Complete our Wholesale Application with your studio or business information.

    Once your account is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive access to MILOUA wholesale ordering.

    If you are purchasing products for resale and want qualifying orders treated as tax-exempt, you can also provide the appropriate resale documentation during the application process.

  • Yes. MILOUA offers custom grip socks designed around your studio or brand.

    Depending on the project, customization can include colors, cuff details, embroidery, and branded sole grip, allowing you to create a pair that feels distinctly your own.
